Seasoned Cookery School is a beautiful cookery school on a rural Derbyshire estate and home to a variety of cookery courses to suit absolute beginners through to proficient home cooks. There are over 40 different courses to choose from Japanese to Baking Fundamentals.
What’s more each different cuisine is taught by a chef who is top in their field, so whether you want to learn some classic culinary skills, how to master spices in indian food, or the art of bread making, you are guaranteed a day with a culinary expert in your chosen course. We work with a mixture of both tv chefs to restaurant owners, from Tim Maddams to the upcoming Malaysian award winning chef Julie Lin.
With a purpose built kitchen that has everything you require throughout the day and a private dining room to enjoy your creations, everything is catered for. Seasoned even has it’s very own ‘kitchen fairies' who are on hand to support you and even do your washing up. The courses are ran with an average number of 12 people so small groups so you are very hands on, and it makes for a great sociable day out. With good transport links and ample free parking the cookery school is easy to find and benefits from being centrally located in the country.
