The W1050 Home Cinema Projector brings a theatre-like experience to the home with dedicated settings to deliver the best of Sports, TV and Movies. It is equipped with BenQ’s patented CinematicColor™ technology for optimal viewing experience and unmatched colour performance. The digital projector also conforms to Rec.709 international HDTV standards to deliver realistic colours and sharp cinematic images as intended by the Director.

BenQ’s W1050 projector generates 15000:1 high contrast ratio performance for clear, deep, true blacks, resolving subtle layers and fine details in both dark and bright scenes to eliminate washout. The W1050 also delivers Full HD 1080p Visual Performance, delivering sharp, high-contrast quality without the need to downscale compression when watching full-HD or Blu-ray content.

The home cinema projector offers three dedicated picture modes: Sport Mode, Vivid TV Mode and Cinema Mode, each carefully calibrated with the best brightness, contrast and colour, with a new simplified user interface design for quick and easy set up.

Requiring as little as three metres to project stunning 100-inch images, the W1050 also offers vertical keystone correction, for a professionally squared look without any trapezoid effects, making it simple to project ideally aligned images regardless of projector placement locations. 

The W1050 is equipped with BenQ’s pioneering SmartEco Technology for maximum energy saving with no compromise on brightness, picture quality and optimised lamp life.
